ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Step 1: Pre-Enrollment Form

Complete the Pre-Enrollment Form below to submit an application for enrollment.

Step 2: Records / Transcripts

Forward all records and transcripts to Joyce Varnes at Fellowship Baptist Academy.  Records may be sent to [email protected]

Step 3: Character References (Secondary students only)

Request character references from two adults who are familiar with the student.  References should not to be returned to the student but may be mailed or delivered to the school at 310 W. Pancake Blvd. or may be emailed to [email protected]

Step 4: Written Essay (Secondary students only)

Secondary students must write an essay expressing their personal interest and desire to attend Fellowship Baptist Academy.  Things to consider in your essay include:

• Short personal biography (interests, hobbies, etc.)
• Family dynamic
• Why are you interested in attending Fellowship Baptist Academy?
• How would your acceptance into Fellowship Baptist Academy make the school better?
• How would you classify yourself academically?  (Above Average / Average / Below Average)

Step 5: Family Interview

An administrator will schedule a family interview to discuss previous school history, church background, interest in Fellowship Baptist Academy, etc.

Step 6: Approval / Enrollment

Once your application for admission has been approved, the enrollment process will begin.
